A Managed Private Residence in Kensington SW7.

Twenty-three apartments, each fully furnished. Managed by the team behind The Marloes — the same people, the same standard, now in Kensington for longer stays. The rent covers everything — the housekeeping, the linen, the utilities, the building's ongoing care. On arrival, the kitchen is already stocked with coffee, bread and provisions from small producers, each one explained on a card, so the first day begins with breakfast rather than a supermarket run.

These are homes that require very little of the people who live in them — beyond the act of living well.
In one of Kensington's more established addresses — steps from Gloucester Road Underground, eight minutes on foot from Imperial College, within reach of Hyde Park and every institution that gives this corner of London its particular character — a Georgian terrace has been rebuilt entirely from within, and given the kind of composed, professional management that most Kensington buildings only promise in their brochures.

APARTMENT
Handcrafted joinery and fitted storage throughout, built to disappear into the walls rather than announce itself. A full kitchen specification built to last, paired with quality bathroom fixtures and layered lighting that flatters the space through every hour. Rebuilt from the structure up, behind a facade that's stood since the 1800s.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
Gloucester Road. An understated Georgian terrace in Kensington SW7, on a street that's been desirable — without needing to shout about it — for well over a century. Circle, District and Piccadilly line services at the door, placing the West End under ten minutes away and Heathrow under forty. The V&A, the Natural History Museum and Hyde Park all within an easy walk.
SERVICE
On arrival, the kitchen is already stocked with coffee, bread and provisions from small producers, each one explained on a card, so the first day begins with breakfast rather than a supermarket run. The apartment is cleaned throughout your stay, so it stays as considered as it did on day one. Managed by the team behind The Marloes — the same people, the same standard, now in Kensington for longer stays.

What Comes With The Address.
A Home That Looks After Itself.
Kept in order, without the fuss. Managed by the team behind The Marloes — the same people, the same standard, now in Kensington for longer stays. The standard doesn't change for a longer stay — only the address does, and the kind of home you're returning to each evening.
HOUSEKEEPING
The apartment is cleaned every week without exception, with fresh linen and towels changed at each visit and kitchen and bathroom essentials restocked without being asked — included in the rent, as a matter of course. Not an upgrade or an optional extra — simply what's included, every week.

MAINTENANCE
Reported issues go straight to the management team — no lengthy back-and-forth, no ticket left waiting in a queue. Building upkeep is handled before it's asked for. The kind of maintenance that's noticed only in how rarely anything goes wrong.
SECURITY
Two independent layers of access control, CCTV monitoring at every entrance and through the common areas, and nightly security patrols, with a panic response service reachable at any hour. There's no reception desk here — security stays out of sight, and makes itself known only in the moments it actually matters.

Not Large. Well Made.
Everything You Need, Nothing You Don't

Studio and one-bedroom apartments. Each one planned carefully, finished with restraint. The kind of space that looks better after a year of living in it than it did on the day you moved in.

COOK AND NOURISH
An instant hot water tap, induction hob and stone worktop surfaces, alongside a full set of kitchenware — everything needed to cook a proper meal, not just reheat one. Built for residents who actually use their kitchen.
LIGHT, SPACE AND STILLNESS
Natural light, airiness and a stillness — the three things a proper room needs, and rarely gets all at once. Here, they're the starting point, not an afterthought, in the middle of London.

GATHER AND DINE
Room enough to sit, eat and linger without feeling it. Comfort that extends past the sofa — to how, and where, you actually take a meal, whether that's a proper dinner at the table or something quicker, eaten without ceremony.
SPACE TO UNWIND
A living space planned for stillness, not just decorated to look like it. Somewhere to sit back, switch off, and simply be at home.

Gloucester Road occupies a particular position in the geography of London: intimate in character, residential in feel, and yet immensely well-connected. The tube station at the corner serves three lines — Circle, District and Piccadilly — placing the West End under ten minutes away and Heathrow under forty, direct. The Natural History Museum is eight minutes on foot. Imperial College is eight. The Victoria and Albert Museum is twelve. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are eleven minutes north.
It is, as addresses go in central London, quietly ideal.
